I was the booking agent for The End during my stint in the UK.

As a booking agent I filled my roster with acts that a) I liked and b) paid the rent.The End was one of the former bands but unlike acts like the Riffz, I never really hung out with band members themselves. I may have had one pint with The End frontman Rook Randle during the time I was their agent. It was strickly business, however I actually dug the band and was inspired to book shows around the UK and Europe.

The End had already released their debut album “Gusto”. I came into the picture during the release of the Hip.ee.pee EP. While I enjoyed the album, the new songs here were inspiring including the cut DoWeeDo. The End never released a second album.

The End were simply groove grinders…
